Terms & Conditions

1. Check in is 1:30 p.m. Check out is 12:00 noon.
2. The 3-bedroom apartment is charged as 3 Couples (6 Adults) and 2 Children (below the age of 5 years) for 3 bedrooms.
3. In 2 Bedrooms we allow 2 Couples and 2 Children (below the age of 5 years). In 1 Bedroom we allow 1 Couple 2 Children (below the age of 5 years). More guests can be accommodated with extra charges.
4. 10% taxes are applicable.
5. All persons must carry the Booking Confirmation Letter, PhotoID if Indian Nationals. Compulsory.
6. All persons non Indian must carry Passport. Compulsory.
